This is pre-paid plan.
All tasks will be charged based on estimated hours for the job.
If the job requires more time to resolve than estimated, the difference will be billed post completion.
Remote support will be charged in 30 minute increments.
Minimum charge for on-site support is 2hr with 20$ transport surcharge. All charges thereafter will be in 30 minute increments.
Detailed timesheet available online for all tasks done with actual time taken.
Terms
- We will estimate the time required for the requested job and seek client's approval.
- Upon payment, we will schedule the work based on the agreed job scope.
- Increase in job complexity and additional requests, will be quoted and invoiced separately.
- Tasks like diagnostics, coordination with vendors/manufacturers, training, etc that does not guarantee an outcome or will require followup actions will be chargeable.
- Urgent support will incur a surcharge of 1.5 times the time taken.
- Support outside office hours will incur a surcharge of 2 times the time taken.
- Minimum charges inclusive of transport (where applicable) will apply to no shows and late cancellations.
- We will make a best effort to estimate the time required. Any balance will be broken into 30 minute blocks and the remaining blocks can be used for a future task within 1 year period, from the invoice date.
- All work done will be documented along with time taken, which will be shared with the client.
